Summer 2026

Opening hours at Pärlan

Here you will find our most common opening hours as well as summer deviations, barbecue evenings and special events. On weekdays we serve a Summer Lunch that changes continuously. At the weekend, the lunch consists of A la carté.

Ordinary times

  • Lunchtime
    Summer lunch on weekdays
    A la carté helger     11.00-14.30
  • Happy hour 14.30-16.00
  • Dinner 16.00-21.00
    The kitchen closes at 20.00
  • Barbecue buffet 16.30-21.00
    The buffet is removed at 20.00

Keeping track of

  • June: We open for the summer! Opening hours may vary. check below for discrepancies!
  • July: open every day Lunch, happy hour & dinner every day! On Wednesdays a barbecue buffet is served in the evening.
  • Wednesdays in July Barbecue buffet 16.30-21.00.
  • August: varied days Some weekdays we only have lunch. See exceptions below.
June - short summary

In June we will open up gradually for the summer.

  • Lunch Tues-Sat.
  • From Midsummer week we open for evening service Thurs-Sun.
  • Barbecue buffet on Wednesday 24 June.
  • lunch & dinner on 30/6
July - easiest to remember

July is our most regular summer month.

  • Open every day.
  • Lunch is served every day 11.00-14.30.
  • Happy hour and dinner are served most days.
  • Wednesdays: lunch and barbecue buffet.
  • Barbecue buffet: 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 July.
August - derogations and special days
  • Barbecue buffet: 5 and 12 August.
  • Lunch only: 11, 18-19 and 25-27 August.
  • Lunch, happy hour and dinner: 1-2, 4, 6-9, 13-16, 20-22 and 28 August.
  • Deadline: Saturday 29 August.
